No matter what anyone says, Bedfordshire is an endlessly fascinating county with a terrific range of businesses working across it. We first met 21jAeroDesign at Wrest Park Business Centre, where they are neighbours of ours. Creating their new website has been both exciting and challenging for the Imagefix team, and we’re delighted to be going live with it, despite the tough year everyone in the aviation industry has just gone through.
Our first encounter with the founder of 21j was a creative one. He was scratching his head over how to get his brand noticed at trade conferences. A member of the Imagefix team suggested a leaflet that could be folded into a paper aeroplane, and so our professional relationship was established. A distinctive branding design was agreed for use on business cards, leaflets and finally, the new website.
21jAeroDesign provides a hugely important service for the sector. It’s a Part-21 design organisation which supplies new parts, modification and repairs at a significantly reduced cost to the aviation industry. This is achieved this thanks to in-house design expertise and industry experience. 21j is a trusted provider by companies such as EasyJet, Component Recovery Solutions Limited and IMT Aviation Limited.
The Imagefix team was asked to:
Everyone working on the site spent a good deal of time listening to 21j’s founder talking about the business, researching the sector, and studying documentation provided for context. There were a few furrowed brows, but this is what we’re all about as an agency, and there was real excitement across the team about the challenge we had been given.
Most businesses were impacted as a rely of the global pandemic, but the aviation industry was one of the hardest hit. There’s no doubt that in any normal year the new website could have been live and attracting business much earlier. As with all our clients, we took stock of the situation and checked in with 21j every few months. By the start of 2021 they felt confident that the industry was sufficiently recovered, and that it was a good time to move forward with the new website.
We’re a Design and Digital Marketing Agency with over a decade’s experience. Whilst we work UK wide, we’ve been lucky enough to work with a rich variety of local Bedfordshire businesses. In each case we’re creating a bespoke design that reflects the unique qualities of our client’s company. So we learn about the product/service, the customer and the business goals, then we design a site with the potential to achieve excellent results via Google, and grow sales.
