Yes, you will. Even though we may be providing and publishing the content, the account is owned by you. If you wish to contribute content, that’s fine. You can be as involved in your social media as you want, whilst knowing that if you’re too busy for it, we’ll be providing a consistent service to your followers.

The posting frequency is something that we’ll decide together. It could be that you’re fairly active on social media and just want a couple of posts a week, or maybe you need full management of the account, which will involve more posts. Your social media account manager will discuss strategy and posts as we get to know your brand.
All our work is goal-driven, and the goals are agreed with you. So, we may agree to increase calls, enquiries, page views or ‘likes’. These goals are then tracked, and the analytics are provided in a monthly report. We’ll talk through the results with you and adjust tactics where necessary.
